私が経営を学んできた師匠の一人である、
盛和塾の稲盛和夫塾長の「経営の原点12カ条」について紹介し、Astrogreen(株)の価値観との共通点を考えてみたいと思います。
第1条「事業の目的、意義を明確にする」 事業の目的、意義は次元の高いものであり、公明正大な目的でなければなりません。 Astrogreenの経営理念が、これに当たります。 「私たちは、全従業員の物心両面の豊かさを追求するとともに、日本と世界の建築・環境の向上、社会の進歩と善良化に貢献します」
第2条「具体的な目標を立てる」 目標は漠然とした数字ではなく、組織ごとにブレークダウンされた目標数字があり、さらに一人ひとりの社員まで明確な指針のもと、具体的な目標を持っているべきです。
Astrogreenでのアメーバ経営と、自立型人間育成システムであるルーチングがそれに当たります。
第3条「強烈な願望を心に抱く」
第4条「誰にも負けない努力をする」
第5条「売上を最大限に経費を最小限に」
第6条「値決めは経営」
第7条「経営は意思で決まる」
第8条「激しい闘魂を持つ」
第9条「勇気をもって事に当たる」
第10条「常に創造的な仕事をする」 創造的な仕事を心がけ、今日より明日、明日より明後日と、常に改良改善をしているかどうかで、独創的な経営ができるかどうかが決まります。 Astrogreenの大切な社是としている「私たちは、常に創意工夫をし、絶えざる革新を心がけます」という考え方に通じていると思います。
第11条「思いやりの心で誠実に」 相手を思いやるという「利他」の行為は、一見自分たちが損をするように見えても、長いスパンで見れば、必ず素晴らしい成果をもたらしてくれます。 ここでも、Astrogreenの３つの原則の一つである「私たちは、ひとりひとりを大切にします」と同じ心を表しています。
第12条「常に明るく前向きに、夢と希望を抱いて素直な心で」 事業には次から次へと様々な経営課題が現れてきますが、苦しい局面ほど、夢と希望を失ってはなりません。自分の将来には必ず素晴らしい未来が待ち受けているのだという確信を抱いて、明るくポジティブに生きれば、運命は必ず開けていきます。 稲盛氏の考えられた経営の12カ条は、Astrogreenの組織価値観と同じ方向を目指している部分が多くあります。Astrogreenの全従業員に、このようなことを意識して仕事に取り組んでもらいたいと考えています。
I would like to introduce the "12 Principles of Management" by
Kazuo Inamori, the founder of the Moritomo Gakuen, who is one of my mentors
in business, and consider the common points with the values of Astrogreen
Co., Ltd.
The first principle is "Clarify the purpose and significance of the
business". The purpose and significance of the business must be of
a high dimension and must be for a fair and just purpose. Astrogreen's
management philosophy aligns with this principle: "We pursue the physical
and mental well-being of all employees and contribute to the improvement
of architecture and the environment in Japan and the world, as well as
to the progress and betterment of society."
The second principle is "Set specific goals". Goals should not
be vague numbers, but each organization should have specific target numbers
broken down, and each employee should have specific goals under clear guidance.
Astrogreen's amoeba management and self-reliant human development system,
called routing, correspond to this principle.
The third principle is "Have a strong desire". The fourth principle
is "Make efforts that are second to none". The fifth principle
is "Maximize sales and minimize expenses". The sixth principle
is "Pricing is a management decision". The seventh principle
is "Management is determined by willpower". The eighth principle
is "Have intense fighting spirit". The ninth principle is "Take
on things with courage".
The tenth principle is "Always do creative work". Whether or
not an innovative management can be achieved depends on whether or not
you strive for creative work and constant improvement from today to tomorrow
and from tomorrow to the day after tomorrow. This idea corresponds to Astrogreen's
important motto: "We always try to come up with creative ideas and
pursue endless innovation."
The eleventh principle is "Be sincere with a caring heart". The
act of "benefiting others" by considering the other party may
seem like a loss for oneself at first glance, but in the long run, it will
definitely bring about great results. Here too, it expresses the same heart
as one of Astrogreen's three principles: "We value each and every
person."
The twelfth principle is "Always be positive and forward-looking,
and hold onto dreams and hopes with an open mind." Various management
issues will arise one after another in a business, but you must not lose
your dreams and hopes, especially during difficult times. If you believe
that a wonderful future awaits you, and live positively and with a clear
conscience, your fate will surely open up. Inamori's 12 principles of management
aim in the same direction as Astrogreen's organizational values. We hope
that all employees of Astrogreen will be conscious of such things and approach
their work with this mindset.
